Returns & Exchange Policy

At IGS, we take pride in the quality and freshness of everything we offer. Because we sell perishable and consumable goods, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds — but we understand that sometimes things go wrong, and we're here to help where we can.

 

Our General Policy

Due to the nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.
  • No returns or refunds are available for online orders.
  • We do not accept returns on produce, dairy, frozen items, or any perishable or opened products.

Exceptions – We've Got Your Back

While we aim to ensure every item meets our quality standards, most of our products are prepacked and sealed — which means we can’t inspect each item individually without compromising its packaging.

However, we’re happy to review returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Items that are expired, spoiled, or foul-smelling at the time of purchase.
  • Products that are clearly unfit for consumption upon opening.
  • Incorrect items received due to a packing or order error.

How to Request a Return

If your concern falls under one of the exceptions:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery.
  • Provide your receipt and clear photo(s) of the product in question.
  • If approved, we will issue a store credit — please note we do not offer cash or card refunds.

Exceptional Circumstances

We know life doesn’t always go to plan. If you believe your case is unique, reach out — we assess exceptional requests on a case-by-case basis and always strive to be fair and understanding.
